Details

We had input.mozilla.org database dumps fed into the sumotools1.webapp.phx1.mozilla.com (input_mozilla_org_new database). This apparently broke on August 13th. It's critical for all feedback reporting that is done by the team including the weekly Firefox OS report and desktop/android feedback reports.

Will look into it.

It ran manually with no errors, so you should have the data you need now.

The hourly exports are in /data/backup-drop/generic/input_mozilla_org_new/, they come in at 15 minutes after the hour, and they look like they're the right size.

The cron job is scheduled to run every hour on 20 minutes past the hour, so that shouldn't be a problem.

There are no cron errors sent to infra-dbnotices.

crond is running.

The cron file was set to be 0755 instead of 0644, I'll recheck in 15 mins or so after the run should have happened, to see if the import is successful after this change.
These have been working for the last week; resolving. Please reopen if there's an issue.
