Steps to reproduce:
0. goto https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/search/?q=mozilla.com

Actual:
No results are returned

Expected:
Results should be returned
Appears to also be effecting searching for nicks as well as by first name

Examples:
'stephend' and 'paul'
Index was gone. Who knows why?! Reindexing in Admin/Users fixes it.

Bumping to QA verified - dev automation is /mysteriously/ passing now that we've re-indexed.
