Steps to reproduce:

Go to youtube or netflix and then a different tab, then back to the video and it freezes but audio continues.


Actual results:

On both youtube and netflix, videos start out playing fine. However if I go to a new tab or a different tab and go back to the video, the image freezes but audio continues. The only way to get the video to continue playing is by scrolling up and down, but if I stop scrolling it freezes again. Eventually the play and pause button cease working.


Expected results:

The videos should not freeze when visiting a different tab.
