if you try to save a file to a filename that already exist the title of the warning is a bit strange. Shouldn't it be something like "Filename already exist"? See attached screeenshot...

I think this is the Windows common dialog library, not Mozilla

Summary: Weird title of "file name already exist" dialog → Weird title of "file name already exists" dialog
Resolving INVALID. This dialog is displayed by Windows and it gets the same title as its parent. The title "Enter name of file to save to..." is appropriate for that dialog (and whatever we put there is apt to be wrong for the "already exists" alert).
