Stackato went down due to a bug that caused it to run out of disk space. Ops has asked to restart the applications one at a time (to avoid too many applications starting at once).

Ashes should be started first, then flue, then inferno. Give them about a minute between each start to do DB connections. Inferno is the most resource intensive to start, so it should be started last.
