When having several tabs opened (lets say 20 or so), creating a new tab using either method (keyboard shortcut, navigation app bar or the junior style buttons) will create some jank when the new tab slides into the Navigation App Bar and slides the others down. Steps to reproduce the issue: 1) Open Firefox Metro 2) Open at least 25 different tabs 3) Once you have opened the tabs, start creating some new tabs and you should notice some jank when the new tab slides into the Navigation App Bar. Current Behavior: - There's some jank when creating new tabs while you have several that are already opened. Expected Behavior: - The experience should be the same as scrolling through the tabs, should be very smooth. Used the following build: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2013-08-31-03-02-24-mozilla-central/
