+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #909404 +++

In bug 907201, I added preferences for enabling TI and Ion for chrome scripts. After some fuzzing in bug 909404, this should be enabled by default.

Fuzzing looks good. Bring on the Nightly users and extensions!
What's the difference between this bug and bug 929374?
The difference is that I forgot about this, but not the other one ...
