There is a 20130827-pub-crashdata.csv.gz file at https://crash-analysis.mozilla.com/crash_analysis/20130827/ but there is no corresponding file at https://crash-analysis.mozilla.com/crash_analysis/20130828/ (and all the more recent folders).
Even if we'd like people to use the API in the future, we still should have the CSV files for the foreseeable future. AFAIK Rob has been digging into those scripts not too long ago when there were issues with them.
Count me in the list of people currently relying on these CSV files and for whom CSV files _are_ the right format, better than any API.

Oh, the files from Aug 28 to Sep 2 now exist, but they give me error 403 forbidden. The newer files from Sep. 3 onwards work, though.
