Details

Flot should center histogram labels.
IMO the histogram labels shouldn't be centered, each bucket has an interval [start, end] and the graph should be, something like:

    x
    x   x
    x   x   x
  -------------
  0   1   2   3

i.e. labels between the bars, because two neighboring bars share the same label for high and low bound.
With the shift from flot.js to "nvd3 + hacks" this requires some d3 work...

we don't even use flot anymore
