Steps to reproduce:

opened an video file 
played the video file
unable to increase or decrease the audio/volume


Actual results:

no change in volume when i tried to change


Expected results:

volume should have been increased or decreased

Are you still having issues with being able to adjust audio volume of video files?  If so, please provide a link to a video/webpage that is causing problems so that we can try to reproduce the bug.
