Details

STR:
* Go to marketplace
* install a packaged app (eg: Terra or Here Maps)
* look at the logcat

We get this error:
09-04 15:27:32.509   140   140 E GeckoConsole: [JavaScript Error: "app.manifest is undefined" {file: "app://system.gaiamobile.org/js/notifications.js" line: 13}]

The error is simple: app.manifest does not exist yet for packaged app.

This is probably not important for this feature for packaged apps, but this adds noise to the system app log.
This happens on master.
