Steps to reproduce:

【Detail Description*】：When select item: "USER ACTIVITY EVENT" in stk menu, it has no response.

【Repro Steps*】:
1. insert a command stk card, used to test proactive command, it displayed menu as the attchment showing.
2. Select "USER ACTIVITY EVENT".

【Expect Result*】：It should have some reponse

【Real Result*】：It has no reponse at all.

I know that only bellow atk command are support:

SEND_DTMF
LAUNCH_BROWSER
PLAY_TONE
DISPLAY_TEXT
GET_INPUT
GET_INKEY
SELECT_ITEM
SET_UP_MENU
SET_UP_IDLE_MODE_TEXT

We need more procative command to be support. Do you have plan to do this?
If do, when will be this to be fixed?
Please tell me at what version you will add them.

We will not be adding any new support on v1.1 or v1.2.

User Activity is part of Envelope commands, not proactive commands.

For supporting user activity command, gecko part is in Bug 908075.

For TEF this is a new feature not in 1.1 scope so no need to support it in 1.1HD.
