91397 - Creating a new CVS account for Rajiv Dayal

I have an approved (reviewed, super-reviewed) bug # 83585 to add a new feature 
to the mailnews component for importing 4.x address book. I need to check-in the 
approved changes to mozilla trunk. Need a new account with write access for it.

Rajiv:  Please go to http://mozilla.org/hacking/form.html and fill out the CVS 
Contributor Form to get the ball rolling.  Info about obtaining write access can 
be found at http://mozilla.org/hacking/getting-cvs-write-access.html.  You will 
need to get a voucher and 3 SRs in order to be granted write access.  If your 
patch is time sensitive, I would suggest having someone with check-in privileges 
do it for you.
