STR:

1) Open mozilla.org
2) Change language to french
3) Click on 'Contactez-nous'

Expected results:

Contact page is in french

Actual Result:

Contact page is in english
Hi Owen-

The contact us page isn't localized into French, that is why it reverts back to English.

If you click on the Firefox OS promo from http://www.mozilla.org/fr/ you will go to http://www.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/os/ because /firefox/os is localized.

We are working to localize more mozilla.org content.

Yes, the language selector shows the available languages for that page, not a site-wide option.
