915871 - Add AUS2 esr24 entries for Thunderbird

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #913303 +++

Bug 913303 wasn't quite right, in that we do have nightlies enabled for Thunderbird on comm-esr17.

In any case, in bug 915561 we are enabling en-US only nightlies on comm-esr24, so please add 'nightly-esr24' to the aus configs.

Should be all done here. Lets revisit if there are any problems when nightlies are enabled and updates can be tested.
