**** observed with 2001-07-20-0.9.2 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
- create a folder with UTF8 as a folder charset;
- go to the newsgroup and chose a message with nomime in the header;
- go Message|Copy and copy message to the newly created folder;
//note: the headers in the thread and in the message body are blank, i'll attach
the message of this type
Override flag for the folder is on or off?
it is off
when it is on then all non-ascii headers are blank
