The mentor team needs another template that we can use to distinguish more static information from the Teaching Kits and Activities. We'll use the template to create pages like this one: https://mozteach.makes.org/thimble/professional-development-with-mozilla

and then link to them from the /teach, /mentor pages. We just want it to be different enough that users don't get confused.

Chris Appleton started (finished?) a design, this bug is for next steps.
Laura, Chris, can you paste in the design here?  

This is likely out of scope for MozFest since we're really trying to scope this right.

this was proposed/worked on during the product team work week...I THINK Matt said it's all ready to go, just needs written up in HTML/CSS. Chris, is that right?
