mobile/android/base/util/JSONUtils is dead code. Let's prune it. At least, I'm fairly confident it is. Just in case I'm losing my mind: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=d066eab7a781

JSONUtils was landed as part of the Push Notifications work, which is itself not 100% landed yet. See bug 834033. I don't think we can remove this code, even though it is not really used yet.
