918121 - Choose actual content for stubbed out sections of homepage

Sean's latest homepage design includes some areas with stubbed-out Lorem Ipsum text. We will need to build actual content for these areas.

At the moment, the stubbed-out areas include only the following. I will update this bug if more content is needed. For more information on these areas, including their rough wordcount, see the homepage mockup [1].

Areas needing content:

* Reference Docs: Four links, including names and destinations
* Developer Tools: Four links, including names and destinations
* How to contribute to MDN (including six links)

I intentionally omit the "Projects" and "Developer Program" areas here -- we are currently working with Sean to determine if these sections are really appropriate given the small number of articles we will have about them.
