919075 - [B2G] [Calendar] No error message appears if there's no data connection when a Caldav account attempts to sync

Description:
If a user loses data connection while connected to a Caldav account, there will be no error message notifying the user of the lost connection.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20130916040205
2) Launch the Calendar app and sign in with a Caldav account with calendar events.
3) Close Calendar and launch Settings.
4) Turn off Wi-Fi and data connection.
5) Close Settings and relaunch Calendar.
6) Tap the drawer icon, then settings and confirm that Sync Calendar is set to 15 minutes.
7) Return to the main Calendar page and wait 15 minutes.
8) At the 15 minute mark, watch for an error message.

Actual:
No error message appears after 15 minutes.

Expected:
A connection lost error message is seen after about 15 minutes pass.

I was able to repro on Leo 1.1 mozilla RIL.  No error message appears after waiting 15 minutes.
