User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 SeaMonkey/2.20 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130803200314

Steps to reproduce:

Checked by choosing to change icon .. any dpi changes on a windows system has no decent icon to use that's clear.

Actual results:

fuzzy, unprofessional appearance, unconducive for someone's subconcious 1st impression as to how they'll expect the software to behave upon use.

Expected results:

There should be proper high-dpi icons to use for multiple resolutions. I know this sounds trifling but, when you're talking about someone's first impression who's just a user, its one more strike against them wanting to use the software and learn a new anything.
I set up systems and give users a new windows experience and ditch the desktop shortcuts asap so they won't see how **** it looks unless they've an old lo-res setup that it still looks right in.
I'll include the png dock icon I use, maybe it can spark someone to fix up the windows (possibly other versions too) icon so that it makes a nice first impression on new users.
This one was created by an artist on DeviantArt several years back for me. The one he has currently up on da has bubbles on it, looks ok but I like the original he made best so that's the one I am sending over.

Thanks, but we can't accept graphics of unknown providence. Simply put that image has to be licensed with Mozilla MPLv2.
We might not take the icon but the issue is valid.
