919745 - Submit Marketplace pull request for using MDN Sphinx theme

The Marketplace API team plans to update their documentation to use our theme (bug 889536) but this is a low priority for them. To host their documentation on MDN, we will need to submit a pull request for the change ourselves.

Adding this to the Kanban board. Please take it on if you have some time available.

I think the only blocker is rolling a new release of the MDN sphinx theme.

No need for another bug, uploaded a new release of the theme to pypi last week
