Description:
When making an event on pc, it is hours off when compared to what displays on the device. I compared time zones and took screenshots (see attached).

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.2 mozRIL to Build ID: 20130922004001
2) Sign into a yahoo.com mail account on pc for 5 - 5:30PM
3) Go to calendar and create an event
4) Go into calendar on a device
5) Add the corresponding yahoo email account and hit the refresh button on the calendar account tab
6) Go to the created event and view the time

Actual:
Time shows 10 - 10:30AM.

Expected:
Time correctly lines up with created pc event (5 - 5:30PM).

What's the timezone of the yahoo calendar? Yahoo calendars I think are commonly created with GMT 0, which would cause the time to be 10 - 10:30 AM on device (Yahoo = 0 GMT, Your Timezone = -8 GMT).

The only timezone I'm able to change (that I can find) is the one on my yahoo account, of which I show in the attached picture is set to US Pacific. The other picture also shows the timezone set on my phone.

Account settings isn't what's going to drive the calendar timezone - it's the calendar's timezone setting itself. You can find that by going to the Gear icon in the top right corner of Yahoo Calendar and selecting Calendar Options. You'll see under Time Zone which lists what the timezone of Yahoo Calendar is.

I just created a Yahoo Calendar for testing to verify this - my analysis is correct. Yahoo Calendars are created in GMT 0, which would cause what you are seeing here. Therefore, this is invalid.
