We're getting a lot of errors in BSD because donate.mozilla.org isn't working and it should forward to sendto.mozilla.org 

Example issue (although now resolved): 

Mozfest registration page: https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/mozfest2013-registration

Using the BSD Wrapper "Mozfest 2013 Registration" which has a button with this url for the image:
https://donate.mozilla.org/page/-/ws_assets/webpage_buttons/button_purchase_now.png

If updated to the new url it will work fine.
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/-/ws_assets/webpage_buttons/button_purchase_now.png

We should set up a redirect so that anything pointing to donate.mozilla.org will redirect to sendto.mozilla.org and resolve these issues.
