Got this issue during iteration 15 testing.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0
Build ID: 20130929030202

STR:
1. Open nightly in Metro mode
2. Go to http://nightly.mozilla.org/
3. Click any download link and select "Save"

Expected results:
The download starts and the download progress is displayed.


Actual results:
The download bar swipes down and the item is not downloaded. The progress bar and the download indicators are not working.
After several attempts, the file is shown in the downloads folder with a size of 0 kb.

Notes:
This works in desktop nightly.

This is a regression from bug 875731.  See bug 875731 comment 53.

Went through the following "Defect" for iteration #16 with a lot of issues with downloading. Used the following build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2013-10-16-03-02-02-mozilla-central/

- Went through the original issue described in comment #0 without any issues
- Downloaded several exe's and other files from websites without any issues
- Ensured that the download was completed succesfully without any issues
- Ensured that it appeared in the correct "Download" folder once it was completed
- Went through all of the above test cases in full & filled views

Ran into several issues when going through downloading and created several bugs. Marking this is a pass as download is working which is the scope of this issue.
