Here's the wordmark:
http://cl.ly/image/1i0u1j053E1c

Apparently other images might be pixelated too.

Also:
yeah, it looks pixelated on my PQ321 as well
8:15 which isn't a retina display but is 140ppi

Raymond, Ty and Craig: do you have access to view the site on retina display devices?
the 'mozilla festival' image used in the 4th accordion thingy looks fairly bad to me even on a regular 1920x1200 monitor.
I don't have a retina screen to test with so I never notice these things until someone complains, but I probably should have anticipated it. We have a new image helper in bedrock for multiple resolutions so that should cover the logo. It gets a bit trickier with all the CSS background images, but we can use media queries for that (in theory). I'll work on this but I'll need help from someone with a retina screen to verify things.

I can see the fuzzy edges on the workmark and have verified if I zoom way way. I may have not noticed given that I am don't browse zoomed in. :)

We have the high_res_img() helper for inline images (like the wordmark) but to provide higher res image backgrounds within the panels we need to use a media query that our outdated version of lessc doesn't grok. It's a known issue with LESS, resolved a year and a half ago in v1.3.1, but we seem to be running 1.3.0 on demo/stage/prod. As soon as we get LESS upgraded we can have a fully retinized home page.

The mozfest image has been replaced by the Lightbeam one on stage. I dont have a retina display ( I also wear glasses) but the image looks good to me.

For the moment Lightbeam and Webmaker are only for en-US so you can still see the Mission and Mozfest panels at other locales. https://www.allizom.org/fr/?v=1 for example.
