* Reproduce Steps
1. Turn on WiFi
2. Perform Check now in Settings/Device information
3. Pull the notification down and select to download System update only.
4. Select "Later" while package is downloaded completely and pop up message page.

* Actual results:
1. Device will perform updating even user decide to update the device later.

* Expected results:
1. Device should not perform update automatically and it should pop up the message page to ask if user want to update the device again.

What's leading you to conclude that the update was applied?

I'm not entirely sure this is vendor build related. I'd check this on a non-ZTE based device before confirming that.

Can you check this on a non-vendor build? That will confirm if it's POVB or not.

Hi Jason,
    Thanks for your remind. I have discussed with Ivan_Tasy, Engineering Project Manager , and we are support ZTE to verify partner build and will add "POVB" firstly if we can't identify the issue owner. If we know the issue should be handled by Mozilla, we will not add POVB.
