On Gandalf's Nightly build:

Tools > Web Developer > Toggle Tools

This context menu item doesn't list its keyboard shortcut (Cmd + Opt + I) like every other context menu item does.

I can't repro on my Nightly, maybe he can give more info.

So it's a Firebug causing that.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Tools > Web Developer
 -- Toggle Tools has a command key
2) Install Firebug
3) Restart browser
4) Open Tools > Web Developer
 -- Toggle Tools has no command key

This has been fixed long time ago.
(and Firebug is deprecated anyway)
