* Description:
  This problem happens on v1.2 build (aurora).
  If you reinstall a third party keyboard, the check box of setup page cannot be displayed.
  Attaching the video.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the browser and input following hyperlink on the URL bar.
     - http://mpizza.github.io/ime/install.html
  2. Install the third party keyboard (Hosted app)
  3. Press the home button to go to homescreen, then launch the settings page
  4. Uninstall the installed third party keyboard
  5. Press the home button to go to homescreen
  6. Launch the browser
  7. Install the third party keyboard again
  8. Tap "Install" -> "Setup"

* Expected result:
  The check box of setup page is displayed.

* Actual result:
  The check box of setup page is gone.
