Details

According to the spec the default valign is middle. But if you have:
<row valign="middle">
  <text value="&props.name.label;"/>
  <textbox id="ifl_name" readonly="true"/>
</row>

which the "Stored Cookies" tab in the "Cookie Manager" has you can see that is
not aligned correct. It seems to be align to the top.
