Talos has a series of improvements landed in the last couple weeks:
* update to mozcrash 0.9 to use check_for_java_crashes
* fix some pyflakes warnings
* support floating point values in responsiveness
* javascript warning in pageloader memory.js
* convert process management to mozprocess
** allow for ending test even when browser doesn't terminate
** refactor workflow for setup/cleanup tasks to be defined and executed (needed for xperf, but now generic)

Backed out for Android talos bustage. Not that you'd have known it was pushed to inbound by looking here.
