Steps to reproduce:

Tried
about:config#browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground
about:config/browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground
etc. to 'zoom' right to that item, be it presented to us alone or just at top.


Actual results:

Nothing good.


Expected results:

Back in the 90's when the web was invented, they already had the "#" syntax.
Alas we cannot use it in the about:config world and instead need some manual tinkering with the search box.
Bug 239533 added about:config?filter=browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground, although it is perhaps not very obvious (I'm not seeing any documentation for about:config on MDN at all, and even Mozillazine doesn't document the filter parameter).
Hmmm that's cool! Wish they would document it like you say.
Well I suppose an additional "#" syntax could just page down to where it would be found in the entire about:config,
just like the <a name=... id=...>'s do in HTML.

***Caution***
The size of localstore.rdf in profile folder grows without a limit after exiting browser.
WONTFIX as per bsmedberg.
