changing to th-TH or ru-RU doesn't change the tutorial labels "more", etc. to their localised version.

(We should also probably give the arrows a mouse-over title, because left=prev, right=next is not intuitive in hebrew, japanese, etc. context, where it's the other way around)
I think that is because we didn't have that translated yet, so everything will be default to English for now.
