Steps to reproduce:

I was localizing the goggles.webmaker.org. But suddenly found a string (no. 263) which has a small bug having a word twice in  stead of once and another word missing. I then visited the main live string on the site which is here https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/ins?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=HTML%2FElement%2Fspan  and got the problem exists here also. 
This line "The HTML <ins> Element (or HTML Inserted Text) HTML represents a range of text that has been added to a document."


Actual results:

The string is showing like this "The HTML <ins> Element (or HTML Inserted Text) HTML represents a range of text that has been added to a document."


Expected results:

It should be "The HTML <ins> Element (or HTML Inserted Text) represents a range of text that has been added to a document."

There is a extra "HTML" which should not be there rather on the  string there should be "element" which is missing while localizing.
