Description:
The error message that appears when the user attempts to launch the Koltsegek (Cost control) app without unlocking the SIM is partially untranslated if the device is set to show the Hungarian language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131022004000
2) Set the device language to Hungarian and activate the SIM Lock.
3) Restart the device.
4) Launch the Koltsegek app, closing all Irja be a SIM PIN-t pages that appear.
5) Observe the error page that appears as the Koltsegek app launches.

Actual:
The text of the error message above the dividing line is untranslated.

Expected:
The entire text of the error message is shown in the device's language.

There is no such string among the localizable ones:

I think this problem is not on our end.

However, this string is a bit long when I open the Notification center before unlockig the SIM. I'll shorten it.

It's now "A SIM-et feloldva indítható a Költségek."

Shortened string fits fine in the Notification center. I think there is nothing else to do.
