"Visible to all" text is truncted in the Bluetooth settings menu.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131022004000
2) Choose Czech as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate to settings App
4) Tap the Bluetooth settings
5) Observe the second toggle option's name is truncated

Actual:
"Visible to all text" is truncated

Expected:
"Visible to all text" is displayed in its entirety
