Details

Need to push a small change to hg_helper.py, which pash.py uses to allow users to create/clone user repos on hg.mozilla.org. See bug 930012 for detailed information.

Date/time/duration: ASAP, 5 minutes duration
Systems affected: hgssh[12].dmz.scl3, hg.mozilla.org
End-user impact: None expected

Plan: Update hg_helper.py in svn with manual puppet run on hgssh1 (active host)
Rollback: Revert change and push.

Will want coordination with RelEng to help test/verify
