Description:
With device language set to Czech, the screen that prompts user to “Enter PUK code” has an “=” in front of the title.  This screen can be encountered after user fails to enter in SIM code correctly 3 times.

refer to line 261 through 264.
These lines have “==” instead of “=” which is most likely causing the “=” to appear before the translated string.  There are also strings in this document that have “==” that could exhibit the same issue.


Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131016041201
2) Change device language to Czech in Settings > Language
3) Navigate to Settings > SIM Security
4) Enable SIM lock and restart phone
5) Fail to correctly enter in SIM code 3 times
6) Attempt an action that requires a SIM code
7) Observe title of PUK screen

Actual:
Icons overlap their titles.

Expected:
Icons and title text are properly spaced and aligned.
