930298 - Enhance GA Tracking

We should add the following tracking:

- scroll: we want to see how many folks make it to the bottom of these long pages
- job dropdowns: we want to see what options folks use to refine the list of jobs

For reference. Scroll tracking was implemented on bedrock for firefox os page. Dropdown tracking was also implemented on bedrock in the language dropdown in the footer. These may be good examples for us to borrow from.

Thanks mkelly. The tracking looks great. Really like the scroll tracking. This should be fun to analyze :)

Couple minor tweaks:

1) Change the event label "Teams Roles" in the "Top Navigation" category to be "Teams & Roles" so that it is consistent with "Teams & Roles" in the "Careers Home" Category.
2) Please track the "Looking to volunteer" link within the Teams & Roles section. Set the Event Label to "Looking to Volunteer" and Event action to "link click" within the "Teams & Roles Interactions" category.

Verified I see these new tracking events being fired on production and that they are appearing in GA under real time. Gareth if you see any issues we can re-open to address.
