Prerequisites:
FF OS device(Unagi used) with MP Stage app installed, b2g 1.1

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open MP app and log in with some credentials never used before for payments
2.Find a paid app and start the purchase

Expected results:
Create PIN page is displayed without any issues and users are able to create a new PIN

Actual results:
A strange text is displayed in the page and users are not able to create a PIN(keyboard is not displayed after tapping on the boxes under Create PIN)

Same issue observed for Enter PIN page and basically the payments are blocked aven for users who already purchased some apps.
Upgrading severity.
Severity: critical → blocker
Possibly something relating to the django upgrade. The form field is being escaped and displayed rather than rendered as a form field.
