Details

When doing a bulk change to a new assignee, the change which occurred was not
picked up in the View Bug Activity.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 25 years ago
Resolution: --- → FIXED
I think this has since been fixed.
Yes this works. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_activity.cgi?id=25491 proves 
this.

Bugzilla DB: bugs_activity table should have the id of the assigned person when activity happens.
Example: 
When reopening a bug, the assignee at that moment is not recorded.
So, we have no tracking if the assignee is changed.
