STR
1. Open dialer
2. Dial number, wait for call, ahng up
3. Switch to call log screen
4. Check 'all calls' log, outgoing call not listed.

This started in yesterday's build but I thought it was related to 927724 but it is not the case.

Please don't clear flags that are clear blockers - this screws up QA's tracking later when we're trying to capture what regressed.
