Issue
On Windows 7 the addressing widget in compose window has a shadow around it. This shadow comes from toolkit.

This patch removes the shadow. I also removed the unneeded !important of the other properties as they aren't needed. Josiah, as I know you have no Win7 environment but no other reviewer has one :(. So please can you do only the code review and trust me it is working?
