Attachment: Screen displaying unlocalised text on the lockscreen when the SIM is roaming.

Description:
The unlocalised text "Roaming" is displayed on the lockscreen when a roaming SIM is installed and the device language is set to Croatian.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Buri device to 1.2 Commercial build 20131025004000.
2. Insert a T-Mobile SIM card that is currently roaming (May occur with other brands, but T-Mobile is what is available to test here).
3. Set language device to Hrvatski/Croatian.
4. Make sure lockscreen or passcode lockscreen is enabled.
5. Return to the lockscreen by tapping the button on top of the phone two times.
6. Observe that the text "T-Mobile(Roaming)" is displayed above the time on the lockscreen, "Roaming" is unlocalised.

Actual:
The unlocalised text "Roaming" is displayed on the lockscreen.

Expected:
Roaming text is localised for whichever language the device is set to.

This is ready for a "invalid" or "resolved/wontfix" status, since its roaming in Croatian also.

Mobile Roaming (ENG) -> Mobilni roaming (HR)
