Details

the collector, processor default to using the socorro.external.filesystem classes
the crashmover sets no defaults
the middleware defaults to socorro.external.fs classes

move them all to using the new fs classes by default.
fixup the ini-dist files to account for this.  

remove any mention of the 'socorro/external/filesystem', and 'socorro/external/hbase' classes from any ini or application
most of this was done long ago, the middleware part is still in progress and has its own suite of bugzilla entries to track it.
