Steps to reproduce:

The Apple Mouse finger navigation is non-functional.  


Actual results:

To scroll down a web page I have to move cursor to the right to locate the slide bar then hold the mouse pressed down to scroll the page.


Expected results:

Apple mouse finger navigation should allow me to scroll pages just by sliding my finger up or down on the mouse.
