Steps to reproduce:

When using the attached form on Firefox, sometimes (but not always) after taking a photo for the image upload field on the return to Firefox form the camera app the form is reloaded and reset, losing the imputed text and the newly taken image.

Which device are you testing with, and which version of Firefox? Do you see any errors in logcat when you are testing?

Are you just capturing a camera photo on that input and then you're not seeing it capture the data to the input correctly?

I am using a defy+ with cyanogenmod 7.2, i have been using the latest Firefox and Firefox beta from the app store.

I am able to fill in the form. When choosing the browse button I get a menu to chose the capture app. I open the regular camera app and take a picture. after clicking OK, instead of returning to the filled on form Firefox will sometimes reload the form, with all the fields blank including the field where the image I have taken should appear.

PS.
I should have said that the page the form is on needs needs http authentication to access

Sorry i don't have access to that device now. I suspect the problem was related to lack of memory.
