1. Long press on the home screen to change the wallpaper
2. Select Gallery
3. Try to change the picture

Actual: Nothing happens. It also fails when selecting from Gallery.

*Have to mention that this issue is only observed when changing wallpaper, able to set wallpaper successfully for the first time

I am unable to repro this issue on both the latest 1.3 and 1.4 builds.
