Ashish and dkl are available as backup/testing. Still need a DBA onhand for failover; needinfo'ed :sheeri and :cyborgshadow.

Failover to PHX1 will happen at 0700PST/1000EST, 2 hours before the scheduled SCL3 maintenance. Failback will happen after the maintenance is complete.
