The Apps landing page (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps) used to have a link for signing up for the "Apps & Hacks" newsletter. In the redesign, it has gone away. 

Is this intentional, and it will come back with the Developer Program?

Meanwhile, the only place I could find to sign up for the newsletter is on DevHub: https://marketplace.firefox.com/developers/

I have linked to this URL from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps, down the bottom in the "MDN Community" box, but it is perhaps a bit obscure.

Not intentional. However, the idea is to have a clear sign-up place in the Developer Program landing page (initially on its own, and probably over time as a part of a Developer Program membership).

It is also available in the bottom right on the start page of Mozilla Hacks.

Thanks Chris. It's not optimal, but I'm not sure where it would fit better on that page either.

Ah, I missed that. The contents of that box are a bit of a mish-mash of apps-related and MDN-related links, but that's a discussion for a different bug.
